Taking Time For Yourself

If breathing wasn’t done subconsciously, we’d probably forget to do it. I remember the first time that I was reminded to take three deep breathes daily. Once rendered, I felt absolutely amazing.

You may not have any unscheduled time to attend an exercise class, plan a vacation, or have a spa day, but you do have time for three deep inhales and exhales.
